Check-in and check-out hours
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. During this time, your digital key will be active.
Tourist Tax
Please note that the tourist tax is NOT included in the price and has to be paid till the end of your stay according to the invoice provided in the last e-mail.
- Tourist tax adults: 2 € / person / night
- Tourist tax children (7-18 years): 1 € / person / night
- Tourist tax children under 7 years: 0 €
At the time of checkout
We would be grateful if you make our cleaning work easier. Please wash your dishes and take out the garbage. We’ll take care of everything else.
At the time of heating season please don’t disconnect the radiators from electrical sockets. Leave them on, as we turn them off via wifi connection.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in closed areas according to Slovenian law; Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
Garbage
There is a larger trash bin in the shade/loft, beside the apartment.
Water
Water in Slovenia is drinkable, so mind the environment and don’t buy plastic bottles.
Visitors
Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors during their stay; Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee.
Parties
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gatherings must comply with other rules regarding noise and the visitor number.
Security
When you leave the vacation rental, please ensure all the windows and doors are closed to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Please switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics, such as televisions when not in use.
Towels
It is forbidden to use towels to clean shoes, floors, tables, etc. If you need additional cleaning material (e.g. to clean garden furniture) please use paper towels. Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for such waste in the bathroom.
Damages & Breakages
All damages & breakages must be reported to the host as soon as possible. To avoid damages & breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
Noise
Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum and not disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10 pm – 7 am), and upon arrival and departure.
Parking
There is one parking space available for the apartment guests. Please do not block other cars in the parking area.
