The location of the Sweet Stay Castle apartment is just below the foot of castle hill. A paved footpath leads past the apartment to the Ljubljana Castle. The climb to the Castle will take you 10 minutes. Opposite the Castle, there is the Main Ljubljana Market, which is lively in all seasons and is a popular local meeting point.

The apartment is modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction hob, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave oven, a kettle for hot drinks, and all the necessary utensils. In addition to a toilet and a spacious shower, the bathroom has a washer/dryer and a hair dryer. We have also prepared basic toiletries. There is a double bed in the sleeping area with two pillows for each guest, soft blankets, and extra blankets for those who like it warm. The main room also has a small comfortable sofa and TV.
Since the Sweet Stay Castle apartment is located in the very center of Ljubljana, there are many different restaurants in the surrounding area. For those who would like to try traditional Slovenian food, there are some exquisite restaurants: the restaurant Gostilna pod gradom is located 300 m from the apartment, Gostilna na gradu is 400 m from the apartment, or Slovenska hiša at Cankarjevo nabrežje (400 m away from the apartment). If you prefer delicious pizzas, you can visit the exceptional pizzeria Verace (650 m away), which serves real Neapolitan pizzas. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a Vigo pastry shop 300 m away or Cacao 500 m away.

Polona is a fantastic host, very kind and friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had free bikes and it was very easy to reach Ljubljana (only 10 minutes). That is a wonderful city. The apartment is also near the motorways, so it was very simple to visit other cities too. We loved staying in Polona's apartment.
